By accessing or using Get Pantry Chef ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

2. AI Disclaimer & Liability

The recipes, instructions, and nutritional information provided by this Service are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Accuracy: AI can make mistakes. Ingredients, quantities, or cooking times may be inaccurate. You must use your own judgment before cooking.
  • Food Safety: You are responsible for following proper food safety practices. We are not liable for foodborne illness.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Always double-check ingredients if you have allergies or medical conditions.

Get Pantry Chef assumes no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from your use of these AI-generated recipes.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Since Get Pantry Chef provides immediate access to digital tools and recipe generation credits, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started or credits have been used. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via our secure payment processor, Stripe.

4. Credits & Rollover Policy

Our service operates on a credit system where 1 Credit = 1 AI Recipe Generation.

  • Monthly & Annual Plans: Credits are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
  • Party Pack (Add-on): Credits purchased as a one-time "Party Pack" do not expire and will remain in your account until used, regardless of your subscription status.
  • Abuse: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to manipulate the credit system.

5. User Content & Privacy

Any data you input into your "Pantry" is used solely to generate recipes and improve your user experience. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Pantry Chef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
